Job Description :
New Tech Solutions Inc seeks an experienced Senior-level Account Executive / Outside Sales Rep. As a member of our sales staff you’ll be working with an elite group of sales engineers. Telephone and e-mail communications are the primary methods of communicating with customer, though some travel will be required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing, nurturing and professionally maintaining strong customer relations in the field of Enterprise Servers & Storage Solutions, Networking, Wireless, Software and Security products.

Customer Service / RMA Technician / Tech Support

Job Description :
New Tech Solutions, Inc, a fast growing high-tech computer company is currently seeking a talented & versatile Customer Service / RMA Technician / Tech Support to work in our Fremont facility.
We are currently looking for RMA Technicians to work for Enterprise Server Group. This person also acts as the 1st level of technical support; providing technical customer service to both Public Sectors & commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities:

RMA Responsibilities:
  • Documents RMA problems and coordinates with the customer to arrange for the necessary replacement, repair or credits; Co-ordinate with customer regarding repair, following organizational procedures regarding RMA’s.
  • Receive RMA products and inspect them to ensure all parts have been received.
  • Troubleshoots return products to determine exact cause of the problem.
  • Ensures that all transactions, problems or issues are entered in the appropriate NTS systems.
  • Keep technical training up-to-date with new advances and changes made to NTS systems & IT related products.
  • Attend technical training sessions as announced
  • Become familiar with organizational processes, as RMA department requires communication with all departments.
  • Ensure that customers are serviced quickly, efficiently.
  • Screens calls from customers to ensure the calls related to RMA or Technical related matter

Technical Support Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline technical support to customers.
  • Ensures that callers warranty is within the specified timeframe by researching the Company products serial number.
  • Log all calls into the Technical Support Database and labels the call according NTS system procedure.
  • Attends appropriate training sessions to keep updated with new software and hardware releases.Ø Notifies the appropriate personnel with new occurrences of issues with NTS systems & IT related products.
  • Promote Company products and services while continuing with technical support with customers.

  • Receive goods into inventory and follow necessary administrative processes to ensure that Accounting Database and Inventory Database System information is accurate.
  • Ensures that inventory reports are provided to the manager as required for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Reviews reports and evaluates numbers to ensure its accuracy.

Job Responsibility:
Through your established contacts at the CIO, CTO, program development, R&D, etc and project manager level you will research and pursue upcoming contracting opportunities. With the help of inside sales team, you will put together the contract bid and present it. You will be responsible for the full process of bid submission from the identifying the opportunity, to the coordination with the inside sales team and on to the final output. You will provide complete report , status of the bids participated. You will maintain a current pipeline of opportunities and provide reports as required . Additionally, in this role you will help develop a government-wide federal business strategy that integrates federal sales and partner teams.
