Implementation typically will include some
amount of access to our clients’
environment, and application specific
training for NTS 24x7 operations staff. NTS
will provide a detailed policy document
(Operations Manual) for the newly designed
systems environment that will describe both
the configuration and management functions
of the site, as well as document the service
levels and areas of responsibility that NTS
is assuming. This document will describe at
a minimum:

definitions.

Detailed network overview, description,
and logical diagram

Description of the day-to-day
operations, maintenance, and systems
admin procedures

Description of what will be monitored,
reports generated, etc.

Preventative maintenance programs
(ongoing security audits, patch reviews,
